Very powerful broad spectrum effect on a one day intake basis. I usually take it before going to work when feeling a bit weak. It made me being able to walk miles further. I am a bit undecided taking it for longer than one day at a time because it's so powerful.

This brand was among a number recommended by a UK youtuber who said they were particular high in astaxanthin compared with other brands which fell well below even the 4mg claim on the bottle at a mere 0.4mgs.

Does good

Small capsules. Easy to swallow. No improvement in pain but I hope it helps as a skin protector in the summer months.

Actually not a fake supplement, this one is real, so, so many are fake! Like 0% of the substance that you're paying for.

Recently checked for potency on an anti aging channel on YouTube. Good product.

Best quality

I can't give an honest opinion on how or if they work as they are taken with other supplements. They are easy to swallow and I had no ill effects from taking them.

Parece buen producto aunque recién empiezo

I've been wearing glasses all my life being nearsighted I could only see everything close, faraway everything was a blur. So I've been taking this for awhile I used different company and then I switched to this product. There was video that said this particular product was by far the best of them. I was cleaning my glasses and I put them on and everything was blurry. Took them off and my vision had totally corrected itself. At first I was confused I then started viewing things that were usually a blur but there was no blur. I put back my glasses back on and it was just a big blur my eyes with glasses were seeing everything that in the past would be normal without glasses . I am totally flabbergasted. I am going to see the eye Dr. to see what their diagnosis will be. Now I have many pairs of glasses (which by the way were very expensive) that are totally useless to wear. But my joy in being able see without glasses is remarkable because I'm 66. This product really works for me. Thank you Health thru nutrition.

The best for skin hair and antioxidant

The product does work pretty well overnight. I find I have little or no soreness after a 2+ mile walk at my age of 66 years - this is a wonderful thing. I feel ready to go again the next day.
