I bought that brand because I heard great things about it & it was an affordable price for me. The other brand I was taking I liked but the price was too high. I really can't tell the difference between the two so I will continue with this brand as long as the price doesn't go up. The tablet is easy to swallow and does not leave any aftertaste. My energy level is good with this brand too. I believe it does help keep my water retention down so that's a plus. I only take one a day and I believe it helps with my functioning & mood some. I also heard it helps with glucose metabolism but I can't tell if it does. So far so good.

This works great, I have been using it for months, I do break it in half but that's because I just prefer a lower dose.

Awesome to put in water because it dissolves quickly but also quite easy to swallow. Also has high vitamin D. Good smell and awesome brand.

Good product

Purchased this primarily to see if it would have any impact on the refractory period. As a guy who is now 50, the delay to a second round has gotten progressively longer over time. Annoying, especially for someone who is pretty fit. Taking just the recommended daily dosage and while it doesn't eliminate the refractory period, it certainly has taken that instantaneous "100 mph to less than zero interest" feeling away. Still need a little time to recharge physically but mentally I'm much more present and easily coerced into another round. May not work for everyone, but I'd say it's worth a try.
