It’s functional. It’s a bit tight to clip the money -but i opened one up to allow more space and then it was too wide. So I use the tighter one. I think I would prefer a clip with a spring mechanism of some sort. But it’s ok. Now that I think about it - maybe I should return it and get one with a spring.

I don't like the bulkiness of wallets, I have a very small metal envelope for my cards, but my $ bills would get all crumbled, and loose ones would fall out to the ground. A time waster at the counter. This money clip is perfect, minimal and elegant. And I guess it is just the right thickness, thick enough to not break or loose tightness, and thin enough not feel heavy. It comes with four of them, two silver and two gold, nice option, if you want it to complement your style. And the extras make for a simple gift to a friend.

My dad absolutely loves this money clip. He was looking for something to replace his wallet while travelling abroad and this worked perfectly. This isn't a money clip for somebody who was to keep a bunch of cards or cash. It's a bit stiff at first so expect it to take a little while to break in and become ore pliable. This money clip is simple but elegant. Serves its purpose well. I would rather have it too tight than too loose anyway because I want the cash to be held firmly. The magnetic money clip wallets I've tried in the past were too weak to hold the money in, especially if you carry more bills than just one or two.

They are not bad but the next size up would probably be a little better. I still like these clips none the less
