Will never buy from this seller again!
Could have purchased a cheaper Laminator but thought if I paid a little more, I would get a better product. Deceived by the name Business Laminator. I tried to do bookmarks and sent through several times but it didn't seal. I requested return but didn't hear anything from seller. Check policy but had a 20% re-stocking fee. Why should I have to pay for something that didn't work? Receive an email today that this has been closed as if they took care of the problem. I guess they didn't care about the problem, they have my money and I have a piece of junk!

I am a teacher and constantly laminating things for the classroom, with this being said, this laminator is being used quite frequently. I love it. It does the job and does it well.
