Has anyone a different recipe for using this besides the 1 part powder/3 parts yogurt? Didn’t find that very good.

I am not sure what you are trying to make? Living abroad from the U.S. I use mine as a substitute for packaged Mac and Cheese. I use about 50% cheddar cheese power and 50% powered milk as substitute base then add butter and fresh milk as normal. For me I enjoy Mac and Cheese as a comfort food from my youth. This mimics it well for me. I like the simplicity if having powered cheese with long shelf life. Can be used on popcorn for a real Cheddar Popcorn taste. Can be used for any type of cheese sauce recipe. Best wishes, John.

not overly salty. i found it to be a good product and have ordered it several times. you can see by ingredient list that salt is added. might not be good for reduced salt diet but find it to be fine by my liking.
