Can I add extra pages, or how can I add extra pages?

The album use 2 screws inside the back cover to hold the pages in. You can simply remove these with a screwdriver and the back cover will come off and you could insert pages. It is very similar to a normal paper binder in this aspect.

Are the pages and clear top both sticky? Or is only the page sticky?

The whole page is sticky - holding a photo - then the cover sheet will stick and hold everything down. You also can take them out and move them easily.

Do you need to leave space between picture?

No....it is one page and you can arrange the photos in any configuration you want to fit the page.
