Great addition to my Worx Trimmer
I have used a Worx Trimmer/Edger for about a decade. That product has served me well cutting through all kinds of weeds and grass over the years. I have a corded type electric leaf blower that I don't enjoy using because I don't like getting the extension cable out just for that. I figured I'd see what Worx has that would operate with the same batteries and found this. It works great. It's plenty powerful enough for blowing grass off my sidewalk. It's much lighter than my other blower and much easier to grab and go when needed. Battery power isn't going to last forever obviously, but it lasts long enough to get the job done unless you are trying blow leaves off your entire yard. Since I've owned a Worx Trimmer, I can speak to battery working time. With a good battery that is fully charged, I can easily edge and trim around my 5,000 square foot yard on one battery. I have had to replace batteries recently because they get old over time like all batteries do. Replacement batteries for Worx are reasonable and seem to be supported for a while since my trimmer is about a decade old and I can still find batteries for it and new equipment is sold with compatible batteries. If you are really worried about how long batteries last for lawn equipment, invest in higher voltage equipment. Commercial level equipment would be more like 40v or 60v equipment. If you need something to blow the grass off your sidewalk after you mow, a 20v leaf blower like this will have plenty of battery power for you.

Powerful leaf blower
Great leaf blower! Lots of power for blowing leaves or drying off a motorcycle after washing. It can go through batteries rather quickly, so it helps to have several Worx batteries if possible.

Lightweight, Powerful, and Perfect for Quick Yard Cleanup
I purchased the WORX WG547 20V Cordless Leaf Blower primarily for quick cleanup around my patio, driveway, and garage, and it has exceeded my expectations for a compact cordless blower. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight and well-balanced it is. At just a few pounds, it’s very easy to maneuver with one hand, which makes short cleanup jobs fast and comfortable. Despite its small size, the turbine fan design delivers impressive airflow. It has more than enough power to clear dry leaves, grass clippings, and debris from hard surfaces and even light buildup on the lawn. The cordless convenience is a major advantage. I already own other WORX 20V tools, so being able to use the same battery is a big plus. Battery life has been solid for my needs—long enough to handle routine yard and garage cleanups without feeling rushed. Charging is quick, and swapping batteries is easy if you have a spare. I also appreciate how quiet it is compared to larger gas-powered blowers. It’s powerful without being overly loud, which makes it more neighborhood-friendly and pleasant to use. small to medium jobs, spot cleaning, and regular maintenance, it’s an excellent tool.

Great leaf blower
The WORX cordless leaf blower is my third purchase of WORX products. The Leaf blower works well a two speed operation. Light weight and powerful. All batteries for the other products are interchangeable so your have endless cordless power.

blows evenly...does not disturb pea gravel
Light weight. We use it to remove grass from the driveway and walkways after weed eating and grass cutting. It works perfectly. If you are removing heavy debris...it may not be powerful enough. For us..it is perfect. It does not disturb our pea gravel in the flower beds. It removes the cut grass quickly. The wide nozzle, I think is what makes it work so well. If it had a pointed nozzle...it would most likely disturb the pea gravel. It is a great product. However, we only use WORX products. We are never disappointed. All of our batteries are interchangeable. Whis is a great perk. Thank You Pamela

Moldy with spiderwebs
Started assembly on the item about an hour after I received it and found the entire motor piece covered in mold and with webs on both intake and outtake ends (not sure if that'll show in the pics). The 2 pieces of the blow tube were fine, as was the charger and battery. I decided to return it, obviously, because who knows what electrical components could have been damaged by the damp conditions it was clearly stored in for who knows how long. I reordered, assuming this was a fluke, but when the second item arrived it too had mold, albeit to a lesser degree. I decided to risk wiping it down and using it to see if I even like the item. Thus far it is working fine and I do enjoy how light weight it is and that it is cordless compared to my last leaf blower. I just don't understand why someone would box up moldy merchandise, along with the other items being clean, because this definitely happened before either item went in the box. Also, fyi, look at the motor before you assemble the blow tube, because you cannot take the blow tube apart (at least I couldn't) once you lock the pieces together. If you need to return it, that makes the return more challenging. Update: After using the blower for a couple of months, I do like it and it's working fine (despite the mold), except that the charge on the battery does not last long. I get maybe 3 days use with just blowing leaves off my patio and driveway (2-10m/day) before I have to recharge. They should have made the battery larger. There is no way this is going to last trying to blow a thick layer of fall leaves from two large maples off my yard every week for several weeks. I will have to recharge multiple times in a day to complete the job.

Packs a punch for a lightweight !!
Very nice cordless blower. Lightweight as far as holding. Plenty of power on the "2" setting to blow even wet leaves away from the pool. After a heavy rain went around the pool which is surrounded by trees 55x30 feet then apprx. 3 feet into the grass all the way around and finally the grilling/dining area about 30x30 feet. Trees are huge pin oak, crepe myrtle, dogwood, pine and others. Still had 2 of the 5 led lights lit for battery reserve. Very pleased especially with the sale price. Much better than using my heavy corded blower and trying to make sure the 100 ft.12 gauge cord doesn't slip into the pool. Bye to unwinding and rewinding.

If this is the 'updated' version, I'd hate to have purchased the earlier one.
Two words: It blows. Box and specs give 10.5 minutes of battery life with this blower. That must be on low power (which isn't enough power to blow more than a handful of leaves off the sidewalk) because I used a mix of low and high on a brand new battery with a full charge and got about 6 full minutes of use out of it. Now, the obvious solution is to buy a new battery so you've got a backup but at that price (the batteries are not cheap) you're in the price range of a much better unit with a much longer battery life of a 40 volt. High power is sufficient to blow the kind of leaves you find in October in Ohio but you'd better work fast and efficiently with that 6 minute work time. I've heard a lot of good things about Worx and have been tempted to try some of their other products but to be frank, this isn't the kind of product a medium-high end brand would sell. You could buy the cheapest 20V blower possible at Walmart and it wouldn't be any worse than this one and that's the shame of having your brand name on a lower end product that comes in with a mid-range price in my opinion. Truth be told, I'll probably go back to my gas powered blower...it's always a hassle to keep the oil and gas mixture on hand and the old thing doesn't start like it used to but for the power and length of use, it's well worth the effort to just go traditional. Lesson learned. Not sending it back because I've used it, will probably give it to my mom since it's a lightweight easy to use model but again, at that 6 minute use range....you're looking at being able to clear off just enough leaves from a sidewalk where it would almost be easier to just rake them. Not sure what the 'updated' version of this model suggests...I paid extra for this model and again, I cannot imagine what the update is. Improved battery life from 4 minutes to 6? I can't imagine what happens to this thing after you've cycled through this battery 40 or so times either because that will impact the kind of life you'll get out of it. Overall, I'm disappointed with this product, disappointed with Worx as an introductory item to their brand and just overall, not satisfied at all for the money paid. Two stars because it actually turns on, it's lightweight and easy to maneuver but I don't want those stars to somehow suggest that I suggest this as a product to purchase. Just know what you're getting, know that I'm not exaggerating about the battery life and you can check on here what the price would be for an extra battery, then make a decision. UPDATE: 10/23/2019 After having this blower a few weeks now, I've used it 4 times, the most recent being today. On a full charge, I got about 4 minutes of actual blowing time out of it using a mix of high and low power. FOUR MINUTES. On a full charge. With a new battery that has been charged 4 times. This thing is absolute junk. I'm disappointed in the product, in the brand and I'm frustrated that I thought this would be a product I can actually use. Tell me how you'd use 4 minutes of blowing time on your front yard before the battery drains and you've got to charge it for another 6 hours. Buy another $80 battery so you can blow leaves for 8 minutes? I'm going back to the old faithful oil/gas mixture because there's no time limit on that, you get more power and you don't have to wait 6 hours when you want to get some work done. Sorry WORX, hope all your products aren't this horrible but I'll never find out because I feel like I was taken on this one and it won't happen again.

Plug surprise!!
The blower is good but it arrived with a USA plug...! I had an UK plug adaptor so used this to charge the battery. As far as I am aware this fact was not highlighted to me - disappointing.

Great snow blower
I purchased this blower for snow removal and it meets and exceeds my expectations. I especially liked it for the light skiffs. I find it a hassle to shovel when there is just a light snow. This unit blows it away very quickly. It's perfect for areas that are congested, blowing off the deck without moving patio furniture etc. I have the worx lawn mower so I use the high capacity 5.0 amp hour batteries, not the 2.0 amp ones that come with it, so i had no issues with battery life. But I am sure that even the 2.0 AH would work for sidewalks. I did not like it for my driveway unless it was really light. If there is 2 or more inches, it was faster to shovel. I doubt it would do anything with a wet snow. But if it's a nice dry snow it works surprisingly well. We'r have a small business and my wife uses it for the front sidewalk, it is about 4' wide and 100' long, she can clean it in about 5 minutes with minimal effort. I think every senior in Canada should have one, very light weight, very quiet in comparison to the gas powered unit. I highly recommend this product
