My favorite perfume

I have been using JPG Le Male for probably over 25 years now and it does not disappoint. Have ALWAYS received compliments on this fragrance and it has become my go to "signature" scent. I love the 6.7 oz. size since I go through this pretty quickly. It is definitely not as strong or long lasting as the Elixir or Elixir Absolu. Nor does it have as broad as a projection but still a favorite of mine.

3.5 Stars - Le Male 6.8oz I bought these as a Christmas present to myself as I’m a HUGE fan of JPG Le Male, I purchased 2 of these as the price was unparalleled compared to other sites for this product. However… one came absolutely perfect, the second you could smell the product before unwrapping, upon opening a little had escaped and there is a stickiness on the bottom of the bottle . I measured the two next to my other 100% genuine bottle actually from JPG themselves. Everything seems legit and for $88 for 6.8oz ($155 from JPG) you can’t go wrong. Just be wary if you plan to give as a gift. Also not as decried but is pictured as the ‘Le Maxi Male’… not Le Male, is there a difference (not that I can see online, does it mean it’s an import… original bottle also says made in Spain but it was part of a gift set and not in the usual tin, so I’m confused) but if there is an difference I will update. Overall happy, if it’s for yourself it’s perfect, if a gift however you might be let down if yours has leaked too (not the only review to say this happened). I just wanted to share as an expensive fragrance but one of the best male fragrances on the market.

This scent makes me irresistible! It is almost dangerous. I have to tell women, and to be honest, even some men, that despite the way I smell, I am not "eligible" in the way they want me to be. Especially gorgeous celebrities. And some not-so-gorgeous ones. But it makes me smell so good, I don't care, it is worth the trouble. I can only hope it does the same for you! (Okay, that is a bunch of goofball stuff. It is a good cologne I have used for years, a very good daytime scent. But how it smells on you? Who knows?)

Ich benutze Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male seit rund 30 Jahren und kehre immer wieder zu diesem Duft zurück. Für mich ist er einer der wenigen Herrendüfte, die über Jahrzehnte hinweg nichts von ihrer Ausstrahlung verloren haben. Der Duft ist klar maskulin, warm und zugleich angenehm frisch. Die Mischung aus Würze und einer leichten Süße macht ihn vielseitig tragbar – sowohl im Alltag als auch am Abend. Er wirkt präsent, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Haltbarkeit ist sehr gut: Auf der Haut hält er mehrere Stunden, auf Kleidung oft den ganzen Tag. Die Sillage ist ausgewogen, man wird wahrgenommen, ohne dass der Duft zu dominant wird. Auch nach so vielen Jahren empfinde ich Le Male als zeitlos und charakterstark. Er passt zu verschiedenen Altersgruppen und Anlässen und hebt sich dennoch von vielen modernen, kurzlebigen Düften ab. Wer einen bewährten, klassischen Herrenduft mit Wiedererkennungswert sucht, trifft mit Le Male meiner Meinung nach eine sehr sichere Wahl.

Ho acquistato questo profumo di John Paul Gaultier per me stesso, attratto dalle note di vaniglia e dalle recensioni positive, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Fragranza e Note Olfattive La combinazione di vaniglia, legno di sandalo, cedro e fava tonka crea una fragranza davvero unica e avvolgente. La dolcezza della vaniglia è ben bilanciata dalle note legnose, quindi il profumo ha una presenza calda e sofisticata ma mai troppo dolce o stucchevole. Dopo l’applicazione, si percepisce subito la ricchezza delle note di fondo, che con il tempo diventano ancora più interessanti e intense. Durata Uno degli aspetti che mi ha colpito di più è la durata. Anche con pochi spruzzi, la fragranza resta per ore, accompagnandomi praticamente per tutta la giornata senza bisogno di riapplicazioni. Questo è perfetto per chi, come me, ama avere una fragranza persistente ma non ha il tempo di riapplicarla durante la giornata. Versatilità e Occasioni d’Uso Trovo che sia una fragranza estremamente versatile. La dolcezza e il calore lo rendono ideale per i mesi più freschi, ma la nota di freschezza del cedro lo rende adatto anche alle mezze stagioni. Perfetto sia per il lavoro sia per le uscite serali, ha uno stile elegante e discreto che si adatta bene a varie situazioni senza risultare mai eccessivo. Confezione e Design Il flacone da 200 ml è davvero pratico: ho un’ottima quantità di prodotto che durerà parecchio, quindi considero l’acquisto un buon investimento. La bottiglia ha uno stile unico, che aggiunge un tocco elegante alla mia collezione di profumi e fa una gran figura esposta. Rapporto Qualità-Prezzo Anche se non è un profumo economico, credo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia giustificato. La durata della fragranza e la qualità delle note olfattive valgono decisamente l’investimento. È una fragranza che consiglio a chi vuole qualcosa di originale, sofisticato e persistente. Conclusione In conclusione, sono davvero soddisfatto dell’acquisto. Questo profumo di John Paul Gaultier ha una fragranza complessa e affascinante, perfetta per chi ama le note dolci ma bilanciate da una sfumatura più calda e legnosa. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un profumo maschile distintivo, elegante e duraturo.
