This is for the sea salt version, as I haven't tried the others yet. It's really difficult to find easy snacks that fit a keto or paleo diet. Most of them taste like cardboard or chalk with textures even worse. I'm delighted to have discovered roasted seaweed snacks. They fix that craving that I used to fix with popcorn or chips, except with 2g fat, 1g protein, and 0g net carbs per package, they are perfect for a keto diet. Even if you don't care about macros and are watching calories, an entire package is only 50 calories. Add to that the trace minerals you get (potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium), and seaweed snacks beat any of the alternatives I've seen on the market. It does take the first sheet or two to get used to the texture: roasted seaweed kind of melts when it first hits your tongue, then becomes a little fibrous and chewy. It actually reminds me of how popcorn will stick to your tongue and suck up the moisture, so it's not bad once you stop expecting it to behave like a leaf of lettuce or spinach. Best use? I love to cut the sheets into 4 and put them in a sandwich bag to enjoy while watching movies with the family. I don't have to feel left out or like I'm being deprived when everyone around me is enjoying high-carb snacks. Of course, you can also add them to miso soup, which I've also done and enjoyed. Meals or snacks, I definitely recommend the gimMe seaweed snacks!

My favorite, salty and crunchy

Love it! It came Crispy. Cost is Good. It tasted fresh and seemed Organic as the packaging described. Quality was good. It was actually more than I thought, perfect size for a snack. And it didn’t smell like the actual seaweed you sea by the see 😂 it actually smelled good and edible. Hope this helps lol. I ate them all, sorry 😭 forgot to take a picture

Not a bad flavor but not as salty as I prefer.

Good taste, great snack

I keep these at work for a midday snack when I have an urge for salt. There’s a lot in each container and they hit the spot. Only gripe is that they are messy and leak oil - have to eat them on a paper towel.

Bought these for my son and he loved them. I don't like them. It's like eating Listerine breath strips without the minty fresh breath.
