I really like this product. I have only gotten the grape flavor but its enjoyable for me. It doesnt have a weird mineral taste. I usually mix a serving with a full bottle of water and its just like drinking flavoring packets. If you like grape, youll like this. I have been losing weight and my hair has been going with it. I was told to increase my protein so this has been extremely beneficial to me during all of this.

As caretaker to my 97 yr. old mom; this is a must have staple to keep on hand! Her thin skin breaks open easily and with antibiotics to prevent infection...this product supplies protein she needs to grow wounds back together. This works well! Sadly very disappointed in this product. I needed something to help get some extra calories and protein due to diagnosis of Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome resulting in malnutrition. The taste of this was just so bad I couldn't handle any more after my first try.
