There's always some smart a** answer on here, like the other dude. That is the dimension of THE BOX it comes in. For the 300w one, the actual dimensions are: 13.2”x 6.8”x 2” (33.5cm x 17.2cm x 5.1 cm)

Q: I'm installing to a factory stereo with 4 aftermarket door speakers. Will this AMP still require LOC's (line out converters)?

You do not need an LOC , this amp accepts high level inputs . I have it on my factory head unit and it sounds amazing

Q: Does the R300X4 have speaker level inputs?

Yes it does its what I'm using and the sound is great

Q: Would this power a Pioneer TS-A6995R 7 way speaker. I really do need as much sound as I can get. Can the tech guys break this down for me please

Pioneer TS-A6995R 7 has a impedance of 4Ohm which doesn't cause much resistance. I believe the R300X4 could handle it. But if you still worry, you could consider R400 whivh is one notch higher.
