Safe, effective Valerian
I've been using this for a couple of weeks and have had some positive improvements with my sleep. While it does not necessary help me stay asleep longer, I do sleep deeper and have more vivid dreams when I use this product. The smell is pungent, which I generally take as a mark of strength/potency with valerian root.

It’s Valerian alright
It definitely helps me relax, but it’s definitely still Valerian so it smells and tastes awful.

Wonderful product !
Love this product ! I’m high strung so it doesn’t put me to sleep . However, it does calm me down. On rough days I take two in the morning and two n the afternoon .

Smelly but WORTH it. Works great!!
Valerian is very smelly and you want to swallow them ASAP but the are GREAT for relaxing the body and mind. I used them all through pregnancy for leg cramps. They are worth it and I use them still. Great natural choice!!!
