Smooth, efficient, powerful braking
Not much to say about this lever. I bought it to fit to other components for my first foray into hydraulic braking on my mountain bike. For this purpose it mates perfectly to other Shimano components and seems of high quality as expected. Smooth, progressive, very efficient braking especially when used on downhill stretches. Just watch out for the possibility of going over the bars as hydraulic disks are extremely powerful compared to mechanically operated ones.

Easy to Fit; Bugger to Bleed
Really simple to fit to the bars. Bleed is a bit fiddly, as shape doesn't leave the reservoir level. Takes a bit of fiddling about to make sure all air out - but great stopping power when it's done.

I installed on my dirt jumper and couldn't ask for anything more. Works perfect! Easy installation! Great quality and really durable. Lots of adjustment to get the Fitment just right!
