Really great
One of the best things I've bought in a while (yes, really). I have scoliosis, so my back often gets very stiff and painful by the end of the day. I roll up and down the length of my spine, and everything clicks back in to place, allowing me to get pain free sleep, and not be stiff as a plank in the morning. I also use it for some of my physio excersies as a support. The roller is nice and firm, but might be too hard if you are sensitive. It is holding up well, despite being used at least once a day for months.

Brilliant roller
Iโm a PT so using a roller is really important for me and my clients. Really like this roller, itโs good quality and Iโd always say, buy the longer length so you can lie with the roller down your spine to open up your chest. Too many rollers have lumps and bumps on them which people think will be better but the problem is that they are so harsh, you cannot facilitate the correct movement or full movement to gain the benefits. Better to use something simple like this and improve the range of movement.

Great product
The foam roller is great, quite hard but not so different that others I have used at the gym. I bought the shorter length and use it for my back and legs, perfectly big enough. I think it works really well, looked up some exercises to use online and I think its worth the money. I can already feel a difference.

Affordable, no frills, basic yet good quality Foam Roller
When buying this foam roller I was looking one that was long (to be able to effectively roll my back and both legs at the same time) and made of something HARD to ensure it was painful rolling on it, but this helps the muscles to recover more effectively. This product is fantastic value I feel. It has no lumps or bumps like some other modern rollers often do.. but itโs hard enough that you will get a great recovery roll on this thing (coming from a Squash player)

Perfect
Perfect piece of kit which was delivered quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have used one during Trigger Point Pilates at my fabulous gym, but I would say that this one is even better than the ones I have used there. It has a firmness that suits me very well. It affords great stability so that the massage can work effectively. It is brilliant to also work your core and get your stabiliser muscles working really well. Great piece of kit, good VFM and good customer service.

Ouch! but good product
I use this after long walks or gym sessions, I dislocated my knee twice over a few years and it has left my muscle on the left leg on the outside (Vastus Lateralis Muscle) incredibley knotty and tender. I basically lie on this and roll about half a foot so it rolls over this muscle. Honestly it is agony but afterwards the muscle feels better and less tense in a weird way. I guess its like a sports massage at home for me anyway! The product itself is very hard and durable.

Works, pricey
I've used this roller to loosen my super tight calves. It is painful at first, but then you get used to it. It has helped me with my back. The build quality is reasonably good, there was one dent but I believe it to be due the delivery. It is really hard, and it seem incredible that such a no-brains construct is so ridiculously expensive.

Straighten your spine! Wow
I have had a number of spinal fractures due to osteoporosis and after sitting for a time its difficult to stand up straight. I was beginning to get kyphosys. However i was determined this would not be a permanent thing. I have spent weeks at the gym fighting to strengthen my upper body and core to help prevent more fractures and be stronger. Yet i never quite found any equipment in the gym that really helped. Many of the rollers had spiky bits which are no good and could cause more damaged to an already weakened spine. Then i saw the reviews for this. My goodness within two days my back has straightened out. If i sit (which lets face it we are doing much more of with lockdowns) too long i immediately use the foam roller abd wow! Cracking all the way up my spine. Eases any pressure and best of all i can stand straight again. I look taller and itz given me more confidence. WORD OF WARNING...if your fractures are fresh please dont use anything like this until they are fully healed and you are fit again. Also check with your doctor but at the end of the day its your body and only you know how to look after it.
