From the Manufacturer Candy is the carefree, playful chef and baker of Goofy Grin Village.  She rose out of the root of a giant sugar cane in an orb made out of crystallized sugar.  She is a master at making the most delicious desserts in the world.  She has sugar running through her body making her extremely active, fast and energetic.  In fact, she can run (or make desserts) with lightning fast speed.  She is a sweetheart who loves to make everyone around her happy when she isn't playing practical jokes on them, that is.
