I ordered a three pack of different cultures, Mild Greek is great!
I ordered a three pack of cultures, Improved French, Mild Greek, and Buttermilk. Improved French is the family favorite, but I still keep the Mild Greek culture going too, because it is a close second and I love it for cooking!It isn't *quite* as creamy as the Improved French, but it is still 100 times better than you will find in your average grocery store, especially if you strain your yogurts!
