How on earth these are getting 5 star ratings is beyond me! Firstly the pads are not very sticky so slip out of place very quickly. If you get even a tiny drop of milk on these, the whole pad is then soaking and starts to disintegrate leaving you covered in milk and uncomfortable. Additionally, even if you don’t get milk on these pads, the pad itself adheres to your nipples (even if you apply cream) and is very painful to take off! It then leaves fibres on the nipple requiring the user additional steps to clean the nipple before breastfeeding! I liked the idea of the pads being "eco" but in reality they are not fit for purpose and not good value for money as I used more than 5 x the amount of changes required compared to other brands. Very disappointing as I love this brand for nappies so had high expectations.

As an eco-friendly option I really wanted to like these, but they're unfortunately just not nearly as good as others I've tried. They are indeed soft against your nipple/skin, but the absorption is really poor and they start to feel wet really quickly. The adhesive also isn't great and they come unstuck and fold over on themselves once damp.

These are useful pads because they are thin (don't take lots of space in your bra) and it's useful that they come individually wrapped too. The only thing that is less good about them is that after a few hours of use the material wears off a bit and you get some "fibers" sticking to your skin. Because of this I only use them when I'm out and I take them off or swap for new ones after half day.

I love these breast pads, and they’re eco friendly too. Super absorbent and they stick well. Individually wrapped so good to pop a couple in the changing bag!

Really wanted to like this product as I like all Eco by Naty items and wanted something more eco friendly Pros: stick very well and soft against skin , recyclable and all natural materials Cons: They do not absorb well and just stay damp which is not pleasant , will have to go back to lansinoh as I’ve found they are the best absorbency .

J'avais l' appréhension en commandant les coussinets.mais j'en avais besoin en urgence car je n' en avais plus. La boîte est arrivée 1 jour avant. Agréablement surprise et très contente du produit. Des coussinets plus fins que dans le commerce mais très agréable à porter. Et le côté bio, bambou apporte un plus dans l'achat finalement. Je compte en racheter c'est certain .

Habe die Stilleinlagen ausprobiert, weil ich die Idee einer umweltfreundlichen Alternative gut fand. Die Einlagen sind angenehm weich und Recht dünn. Das Material fühlt sich ähnlich an wie ein Papier-Taschentuch. Wenn man nur wenig Milch verliert sind die Einlagen echt OK. Einmal hab ich aber nachts beim Stillen Recht viel Milch auf der anderen Brust verloren. Da war die Einlage schnell klatschnass, was nicht angenehm war. Auch wenn man schwitzt, Pellet sich das Material wie bei einem feuchten Tempo. Werde die Packung noch aufbrauchen, aber mir keine neuen bestellen.

These are comfortable enough. They are soft. I don't really like the plastic feel on the outside of them. It's not really a big issue since that's not the side that touches your skin. Also they don't hold a lot of milk. They're good for only a light milk let-down. I made quite a mess of my shirts a few times using these.
