An amazing book. So well written and designed. Has all of the fish tips and tricks that restaurants use. Iโve been working in restaurants for about 15 years and I adore the authors perspective through this book. I wish more chefs and home cooks worked like this.

i was looking more for a field guide, but this book is A+. im going to give this as a present for a fisherman and cook instead.

Arrived damaged
The recipes inside look great and thereโs a lot of cool information, but Iโm disappointed that the James Beard Book of the Year banner is ripped very noticeably. I ordered this as a gift for someone who is picky about things like that.

Beautiful!
Excited to read the book. But why would you use tape for the gold banner that tears the inside of the casing? It was such a beautiful book! Literally opened it for the first time and instant rip. This feedback shouldnโt be in a review but there is no way to route it to you in amazon from my order ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Great book for those bored of fried fish and ceviche
Absolutely beautiful book. I love looking through this and finding new ways to think about fish. Some of the recipes get repetitive but still it is visually pleasing and really gets the creative juices flowing

Absolutely beautiful book!
I bought this as a gift for my husband who loves fishing and eating seafood. The pictures in the book are beautiful but what I really love is how unique the content is - it really does present a revolutionary way to think about cooking seafood and reducing waste. The hard cover and paper make it feel really high quality - the perfect coffee table book. Amazon also had the best price plus free delivery.
