Hard to swallow but effective
I bought these on the recommendation of my dermatologist to improve the appearance of my actinic keratosis. The capsules are very long and hard to swallow. However, after finishing one bottle, I do feel like my AK are softening up a bit. If the capsules were easier to swallow I would reorder.
