This Samsung fridge freezer is a nice looking item and internally its has plenty of space and the ice maker supplies plenty of nice shaped ice. My only problem with the delivery was that this enormous fridge was delivered onto my back lawn and I had to employ someone to lift it into my house and connect it, we are pensioners. Also the delivery guys were not wearing masks. I feel that the delivery guys should have lifted it into my kitchen. They used covid as an excuse not to finish the job of delivery. If they had worn masks they could have delivered it properly.

Great fridge freezer. Ice maker is a god send in the summer months. And as for getting it in the house it will go through any standard uk door frame as the doors come off very easily. Best fridge frezzer at this price point I have owned.

The item itself is great, however if you select the deliver to room only the unit won't fit into a normal door, so the couple that delivered it said they couldn't take it to the allocated room as it wouldn't fit through the door, this was my patio door with the stops removed so it's wider than a normal door. Reading the instructions they say you have to remove it from the box and remove the doors to fit through a normal door so don't be misled and don't pay the extra as it has to be unpacked by Amazon to get it in you house otherwise it will be left outside as in my case which fortunately was a dry day.

Great fridge freezer and love the ice / water dispenser. Be aware, though, that the water is straight from the mains connection via a filter cartridge and isn't chilled beyond normal temperature as such. Ice has choice of grapefruit segment sized pieces or crushed ice. Make sure your glass is tight up to the dispenser, as it comes out at about Mach1!

I have had Samsung American fridge freezer for years, loved it. It was fab in so many ways - sturdy, spacious, well layed out - the water and ice were a bonus too as they didn’t take up too much room. Fast forward 15 years and when the old Samsung appliance suddenly went one night, I immediately turned to my favourite online retailer to buy a new Samsung fridge. Hmmmm…it was a costly mistake. Firstly, for those of you - like me- who looked at dimensions and thought it would be fine to get in the house be warned - the dimensions are completely wrong on the product details website. The fridge does not fit through a normal house door. We had paid to have it delivered and installed -and that if you are considering this - is a complete waste of money as the chaps who delivered it were unable to install it as they had no tools on the van!!! That is right, Amazon sent them to deliver and install a water and ice fridge without even a spanner on the van. Not that it would fit into our house - so that was that according to the manager they phoned to tell. He told them to leave as it wasn’t Amazon’s problem. Luckily they stayed while my husband dismantled the new fridge, using our tools, and they then helped get it into the house. But what an unnecessary stress, if we had been expecting a fridge larger than the width of the door we would have been prepared. We could have read how to take doors off ahead of time, had some tools prepared etc. We had -as mentioned- paid for installation, but without tools the chaps were unable to complete that - so they left and we had to get somebody else over to do so , which cost us quite a bit more than the Amazon service charge, that was eventually refunded after 2 hours on the phone!!! So, was it worth it? No. The fridge is really poor quality. The door is as light as a feather so often doesn’t stay closed, the ice takes up so much room compared to our old one, the fridge space is badly organised, the door shelves don’t all take standard sized bottles and it is so dark inside! The led light is ineffectual. I could go on and on, but really just don’t buy this fridge freezer. Take yourself off to curry’s or John Lewis or anywhere - look at their fridges (or this one if you want) measure it, and then have it delivered by people who are know what they are doing. Sorry Amazon, this has been a costly mistake for me and made me realise that big appliance delivery is just a step too far for you.

Plenty of storage in the fridge. Freezer is ok, but if you’re used to having a lot of produce in freezer it’s good to have a separate chest freezer too. One negative and that’s the water and ice area. There isn’t a tray or anything there so the water can drip/splash right onto it and then drip down the front of the freezer door leaving stains behind.

I always wanted one of these American style fridges. I opted for this one after a LOT of research and comparing, because it was the best fit for my needs. The water pipe is very easy to install but if you're entirely unsure about adding an inlet to your water pipes then best to get a plumber as you don't want to risk a leak. The fridge arrived in peak lockdown and I ended up having to take the doors off to get it through my front door. It was very straightforward, just a few screws and disconnecting a cable. Now the whole family enjoys the cold filtered water and the crushed ice and we're never short on fridge and freezer space!

Love Samsung products everything in my house is made by Samsung, I like the quality and the look. Amazing looking fridge freezer. Managed to get in in the house with all packaging. Make sure it will fit with packaging as its a right chew on if not with doors etc etc. Delivery team did scratch my kitchen flooring with it but I'm in touch with Amazon which is still ongoing.
