Cacharel Anais Anais, Eau de Toilette for Women, Floral, Green With Notes of White Lily & Musk. A Classic, Romantic, and Timeless Everyday Perfume Spray

When this went on sale, I decided to buy it and see if it still captivated me as it did so, so many years ago when I was young. I decided, standing in a drug store in 1974, that I should have a perfume to wear as I started university. This was my first perfume purchase and became my signature scent while in college. Verdict: it was lovely then and lovely now. Thankfully Cacharel has not altered the DNA of this scent. So many other companies ruin their original recipes in a continual attempt to capture new customers. Sadly, they don't seem to worry about the satisfaction of the legions who are heartbroken when their adored fragrances turn into something they can't recognize any longer. This fragrance is clear and real. It's lilies in full sun. It's charming and a bit sensual but never naughty. It's an expression of a young girl knowing she is on her way to some amazing moments and adventures. Hoping for connection. Hoping to find her place in a new environment. Hoping it will help people remember her in the nameless crowds. It is good to wear all year but it shines when it's spring and nature is shouting joyfully for attention. There's debate on-line for those perfume diehards, about the start of this little beauty. All I can say is that it was available in 74, so it's been around and mostly forgot for far too long. Buy it, spray it, and all day you'll catch a trace of something delicious and happy. That's Anais Anais. No matter how old a woman gets, the young girl she was, the girl who hoped she was pretty and wanted to do all the glamor things adult females did, is always waiting to be seen and felt once more.

I’ve worn this since highschool (I’m 61 now). I always get compliments. Has a light floral scent without smelling like little old lady.

Love this perfume.

It’s definitely strong at first, but subsides in half an hour or so. I haven’t smelled the original one (when it first came out) so I can’t compare, but I definitely enjoy this more relaxed floral.

I do lie the scent of this perfume. In just wish it came in a bigger size bottle.

This is perfect. It is original and absolutely a wonderful scent. The Bottle design is lovely. It does not leak whatsoever. It's wearability and longevity is perfect as well. Definitely a great purchase and price.

I watched a review on YouTube about this perfume as using natural ingredients. Unfortunately I do not like it. It smells like an old lady’s scent.

er staan 2 flesjes op, 1 van 50ml en 1 van 100ml. als je besteld krijg je 30ml. 50ml hebben ze helemaal niet.

Not an overwhelming aroma. Nice & gentle
