Have been using this product for 2 weeks now, and am very pleased with it. Very easy to assemble, and does the job extremely well. Very sturdy construction and the leg extensions attach easily and lock into place. One very minor point: I found that the suction cups do not stick reliably to the bottom of my bath. However, my bath is an old cast iron one and the enamel surface is no longer all that smooth, so this may be why. In any case, I did not find adherence of the suction cups to be important in practice, as, with my weight on the seat, they provided sufficient friction to prevent the seat from moving. Hence I have no issue with this and am completely happy with the product, which has made it possible for me to transfer into and out of the bath, and to bathe/shower safely and confidently despite being unable to weight bear on my left leg. Thoroughly recommend this product - and, more specifically, the option with the full set of leg extensions (allows hieght adjustment up to 12 inches) that I purchased, as the price difference is small and the flexibility of use well worth the extra cost in my opinion!

This bath seat is exactly as described. It is sturdy , very simple to put together and very secure once in the bath I tried it for the first time on the 8 inch height. I had to have a deep bath for the water to reach the top of the seat so plan to try the lower setting next time. It was such a treat to have a soak as I'd been too nervous having slipped over the last time I tried. I had been making do with showers and bidet for washing. This made it so easy to enter and exit the bath safely. I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with getting in and out of a bath. I felt perfectly safe and look forward to using it again. It can be removed after use but as it leaves plenty of room to use the shower, we've left it in situ.

Sturdy and safe

This seat helps me get in and out of the bath. I have arthritis and also after having both knees replaced, getting out of the bath can be difficult. Its a bit fiddly to put the feet on. But it grips well and enables me to have a bath without worrying how I'm going to get myself out! It came with extra feet to make it taller which I haven't used, two sets of feet gave enough height. Good value.

Does exactly what it says, adjustable height.

There are two reasons to be careful with this product; 1. Sorry to get personal but do NOT sit down on this with soap on your bottom. The seat is very slippery when it gets soap on it and you will probably fall off. 2. I put some of the extensions on to make it higher. However, after trying it I decided it would be better lower so I went to depress the lugs on the extensions to take them off. They are strong and I was using two thumbs - and the lug and cavity immediately seized my thumb that was most involved in depressing it and started nipping - hard! I could not let go of the lug with my other thumb as if I did I felt pretty sure it was going to shear the skin off the pad of my thumb. It had such a fierce and sharp grip on the pad of skin at the end of my thumb, I could not get my thumb out. It took several minutes, a large dollop of shampoo and some very careful easing to get my thumb out and I'm left with a big nip mark! Could have been very nasty indeed. So be careful. Other than that, its a good product - its strong and stable as they say. The rubber feet are good to stop it scratching your bath. But the sitting surface needs some more non-slip properties.

Very pleased with the product which was sensibly packaged a survived and extended journey(more later).simple to erect and use with clever adjustable extensions. Compact but does exactly what the brochure described. My experience was spoiled by a very late delivery by Parcel Force who they say were unable to find my listed address week ago . Clearly Parcel Force have some issues if they wish to survive in todays market!!
