It works really good, i used to consume the powder instead but quit it since I stopped sugar consumption specially by night. These pills also work nicely, I get a great nights sleep, feel rested, relaxed and actually in this past couple of days i've been losing weight faster and consistently under the same nutrition regime. Still don't see any notorious aging marks in my face and feel energized. Price value is great since I was taking serovital powder and is pretty expensive.

This stuff has changed my life. I have amazing focus and energy all day long, and at night I have the best sleep I have had in years. I have noticed it has helped me not gain weight and kept me on track with my diet. I have been happier and feel like I am in my 20's again. My skin has had a noticeable difference as well.. I really wanted to love this but after 1+ week, it caused severe dehydration (which you could see in my face and skin in general; I looked 20 years older) and the most severe leg cramps I've ever experienced. The kind that send you to the ER screaming in pain. I've read a review that says it's normal and to "push through" because "it's the proof it's working". That's not true, and it's a dangerous statement. A little research indicates that high intake of amino acids, especially of arginine or glutamine, may cause toxicity and cramping in individuals with impaired renal or hepatic function. Admittedly, my kidney and liver aren't at their best. I wish I had done my research, but I also wish this came with a prominent warning.

The pills are a little large but easy to swallow. I have noticed increased energy and better sleep. I was hoping this would be a more cost effective alternative to Serovital but sadly it is not. My skin, hair and nails were much softer and stronger while taking Serovital. This is a good product just not what I was looking for.

When I started taking it, my sleep immediately improved. I also used to wake up to creaky knees and slightly sore hips. Those issues were gone in a month; I did not even consider this stuff would help that, it was a lucky side effect. Now I am 50, people think I am 35... really, not an exaggeration. Is it the Ageless Max or good genes? I don't know, but I will not take a chance!
