Are these transparent enough to see how much is left inside?

Not at all transparent, works good. I pour into a pint glass and drink it all fast.

Is the exterior of the bottle near the measurement marks see-thru? Meaning, can you actively see/measure liquid while pouring it in?

It is somewhat see-thru. It would depend on the lighting in the room, but in most cases you can see the level of the liquids from the outside.

Bpa or bpa-free i’m not interested in drinking out of plastic. do you make a stainless steel model?

No Shakespeare tumbler does not come in stainless steel.

Is it difficult to tell what volume you’ve poured in to the bottle (even with the external measurements) since none of the bottles are translucent?

My procedure is to measure what is to be placed in the bottle by use of a measuring cup or other measuring device. That is the only way I know to make certain the volume. Thus far, the procedure has worked and the tumbler is serving its purpose in a very satisfactory style. For me, any other approach would you guessing and thus not accurate as I usually want.
