It worked pretty okay but would puff up when heated, as if there was air inside. Heated it up today and heard a pop and saw that there was a hole and there's a clear gel coming out. Not red clay as advertised. Very disappointed and surprised that the pack popped even when I followed directions for heating.

Maintains heat longer than any other item
This is a quality product. Much better than other things for pain. So easy to use and maintains the temperature much longer. Product last much longer than any other heating methods.

Not clay
The pack raptured while being heated up in the microwave. I used it less than 10 times. Poor quality. The pack was covered with clear gel beads. I thought this was clay heat pack. False advertisement.
