After a car accident I always had problems especially at night, neck pain that didn’t let me sleep. I was skeptikal at the beginning, didn't though that a contour pillow can help. But now after a week sleeping on this pillow I can sleep without waiking up from pain, doesn't matter on what side I sleep, at last I can enjoy my dreams. I am very pleased with this pillow. It is very comfortable and it has the right thickness and firmness for me! Update from 20th of June 2019 after 3 months of use: The pillow is still good and supportive, still helps me sleep well at night. Bought another 2 pillows.

I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion. I have had this pillow for nearly 2 weeks and can not fault it. I was forever waking up with neck and shoulder pain and never getting a good night sleep. This pillow is a little bit of magic to rest you head. It is so worth the money. I can't rate it highly enough. I would give it more than 5 stars for comfort, support and sleep quality if i could. I can't rate it highly enough. Love it. I do like this pillow. So comfy and instantly feel like sleeping. I have been experiencing neck pain for a while and been wanting a pillow but couldn't afford one. Finally found this one with a good deal so took the chance. I'm glad I did as it has improved my sleeping, however I still have the neck pain while up and about (might be my fault though with posture or something) which is why I am giving 4 stars. Packaging and delivery was excellent as always. Thank you.

I ordered 4 of those on different dates for the whole family, 2 cervical and 2 memory foam. Apparently it does not matter what you order. 3 of them came perfect and firm with good support, my pillow is soft and actually makes,it unconfortable to sleep on.So good luck guys,when you order

Ever since I was young I've struggled finding the right pillow. I have always had neck pain and headaches. When pillows like this started being produced, it was a great relief as they helped me get rid of neck pain and headaches caused by sore muscles. This is a very good quality pillow of a comfortable height and provides good neck support and doesn't tilt the head,but properly aligns it with the spine. It's quite a firm pillow, but still quite comfortable. It will fit normal sized pillow cases. I can recommend it and the price is very reasonable.

For a contour pillow it has a low price and I wasn't sure it is a good one, but after I got it all my worries disappear. It came packet tight and I thought it was a gag. Anyway I wanted to give it a chance, I followed the instructions provided with the pillow: so I left the pillow a few moments for it to get original size, and at that time I was amazed of the memory foam properties of how it remembered it's shape, even the cover after a few strokes with hand it was as ironed. After that I took of the pillow from the cover, an easy job to do as I found out, a good positioning and a good quality zipper did the job. The foam was protected by another cover, I found this clever as it protects the foam, and you easily can put another cover while the original is being washed. As the instructions said I've put the pillow without the outer cover in a ventilated area for it's fabrication smell to disappear, in this case was my balcony. And I've let it sit for a less recommended time because it didn't have a big smell to begin with. The second day the pillow was ready to be used, my first impression was an awe of how this pillow shaped around my head and neck, and it offered a cool sense, as if the pillow was stealing the heat and offered a really chilling, calming sensation. I didn't felt any pressure on the head or neck, the weight was evenly distributed, even my shoulders were relaxing after a hard days work. As I was investigating the new feelings this pillow was giving me, I WOKE UP! It was a surprise as how fast I fell asleep, I woke up in the exact same position I remember I fell asleep. I cannot say for everyone, but this pillow deserves more money than it was sold for. A too few products like this one are created specially for people needs. That is way I took my time to write this review, I hope all who read this will know that this product really made a change for me.

Granted I have only had one night using it so far, but it is the first night I have woken up after without a headache or cracking neck! I used a similar pillow in the past but found it gave me a headache in a different way because it was too hard. This pillow is somehow soft and comfortable for your face and head, but very supportive for your neck. Definitely recommend. Also some reviewers commented about a chemical smell and the fact that the pillow came folded - I have absolutely no chemical smell on my pillow (and I am extremely sensitive to smells) and although the pillow came folded, it bounced into perfect shape within hours.

I used to be a front sleeper, but after reading about the importance of keeping your spine neutral during sleep, I have been trying really hard to sleep on my side. This was causing neck pain which no pillow could help. All the regular pillows I tried were either too soft/too hard/too high/ too low. The pain was really affecting me as I would wake up uncomfortable. I realised that I needed a pillow which supported the contour of my neck, so I bought this. The pillow came rolled up (no problem with dents). It inflated to its normal size quite quickly and I have not noticed any chemical smells. I've used this for 3 nights now, on top of another pillow (I prefer a higher pillow). It was love at first sleep. It isn't too firm or soft which means it really does support your neck whilst allowing your head to rest. My neck pain disappeared after the very first night which means it must align my spine comfortably. I now sleep through the night. I didn't realise how bad my sleep was before using this. I just wish it was a bit higher and wider so that I wouldn't need to stack it on another pillow.

Too soft and doesn't provide proper neck support as it is promised. Not recommended if you have neck pain and headaches
