V.S.L.A. Fresh Air Space Air Purifier.

Product suddenly stopped working after over a year of normal operation. Tried to contact EcoQuest for a resolution but it was difficult to get ahold of their real representatives. Still, no resolution offered to this date, and the product is just sitting dead in my living room. It seems the company is only good at selling and delivering the product but not assisting customers when the product breaks down.

This crapped out in a couple months! Eco quest has clearly started making cheap air purifiers. Both myself & my parents purchased this product before and they lasted over 10yrs. We have both repurchased new Fresh Air purifiers and they both stopped working in a few months!! Ecoquest is clearly aware of the problem as they no longer honor the warranty but say you can purchase a new one for the cost of a repair....another $199...unbelievable!!!!

Unit is defective and will not operate properly. Ecoquest will not warranty products purchased from Amazon beyond 90 days. This has been a terrible purchase and neither Amazon nor Ecoquest will assist with repair or replacement

As long as they keep making this product, I will always own one. This product removes any odors in the home and keeps it smelling fresh. My husband even said this product is worth every cent!

It sure works well. The instruction manual is not very good. I recommend it as a big step up from the cheaper types comely sold online. Good price.

This circulates air throughout the house ...very clean

I have had it now for a few months and it performs great. We are finding the house less dusty and the air quality much cleaner and odder free.
