Best product backup possible. I had an unrecoverable issue with my Panasonic detect phone system after a year of operation. Asurion stepped up to the plate and gave me a full purchase refund. While the refund was in the form of a gift card credit, it is still a FULL refund.

I was pleased as to how THE Asurion Protection Plan handled my claim about my printer. The printer was damaged due to a storm with thunder and lighting. My claimed was processed in a timely manner.I have purchased a new printer and The Asurion Protection Plan.

Worth The Money
After a power outage / power surge ruined my printer was toast! Remembered I had this protection plan. I'm glad I did. Once I filed with them, and got my printer shipped, they were super fast in sending me am Amazon gift for a replacement printer. Now, I only gave 4 stars because of the following: I had trouble figuring out how to file. There was no direct link. Finally made a phone call and the rest was easy. Also, as I said, my claim was for my printer. My only printer. And they sent me a link so I could print out my shipping label. ??? I went to UPS and they had a really hard time getting it to print out. I was in there for at 20 minutes. Need to offer the option to snail mail the shipping label. Even with all , I would still recommend getting their protection plan!

I wish Amazon had a better system wherein if an item is returned and a refund issued, that the warranty automatically did so as well.
