I'm giving this five stars because it is a work horse that hasn't let me down but it does have a few drawbacks. Pros: Powerful! Makes very fine powders Easy to use Grinds super fast to make a fine powder with most roots, leaves, and flowers Great value for the price/effectiveness Has a very deep tilt to empty contents Cons: Loud af The first time you use it, it will smell like burn and spark a tiny bit, but that's normal according to the mfg Gets unnervingly hot (like it makes me nervous so I don't let it run for more than 5 mins at a time without a break) You have to give it a break after a few minutes of work so it doesn't overheat Not the worst to clean, but not the easiest to get under the blade without a bit of effort or entirely removing the blade. I don't grind pearls or stones in my practice, so I can't speak to how effective it is for that.

This grinder works great! It gets the job done when I have to grind up lots of herbs. I have been using my grinder for about a year and a half. Recently the timer stopped working properly and so I contacted the customer service for Golden Wall. They got right back to me, helped me figure out what was wrong, sent a replacement part and a helpful video to replace the part. It was quick and easy and now works good as new. I was so happy because I do love this grinder! It was great to have such helpful customer service too!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Bad design: blades are very hard to remove; cleaning the unit effectively is impossible -- you can't immerse grinding chamber in water, and because the blades are so hard to remove, cleaning is arduous; no actual on-off switch, but a timer. Bad performance: device turned itself off almost immediately after use; red reset switch didn't work, so it was impossible to reset; I just had to wait an indefinite amount of time before the machine started up again, upon which it quickly turned itself off. It looks like this company, CGoldenwall, recycles the same basic design across various brands (e.g., Insir). They use high speed rotating blades to try to grind and pulverize what you put into the grinding chamber. Great concept, but the execution is terrible (see above0. For that, I'd be fine with giving only one star. But because it seems like the company is trying to corner the market by flooding it with the same bad design via multiple brands, I'd give it zero stars.

I used the grinder a couple of times now, this last use it turned off after 3 minutes of grinding dried milk thistle seeds and never came back on! I've only had the grinder 3 months, And when I notify customer service they happily took care of the situation. I am very happy with the customer service I just wish the machine might’ve been a little better

My dad have a similar machine and he wanted me to purchase a new one for back up. So I bought the CGOLDENWALL Safety Electric Grain Grinder Mill High-speed Spice Herb Mill 3600W Commercial Powder Machine and he took it out to use for the first time and turn it on for 30 sec and sparks start flaring on the bottom motor and she got scare and turn it off. Now it won’t start. Went to try to return but I pass the return date and now I’m stuck with a brand new CGOLDENWALL Safety Electric Grain Grinder Mill High-speed Spice Herb Mill 3600W Commercial Powder Machine that don’t work. I need to return it!

As an Indian we like to make our own curry masala at home. Have tried a few different grinders but this one takes the cake. Big and strong enough to grind enough curry powder for the whole year. This thing is a beast!!!

It is good, reliable grinder. Size is big enough. Power is good. It will save lots of time.

This dose not worth the price at all, I regret making the choice of buying this product, so noisy and does not lock well, my kitchen was in a mess after use.

Great help with the capacity but only for quick and short burst of operation. I think the thermal control protecting the motor is a little sensitive so disconnects quick to protect the circuitry. We tried nuts and salt and the breaker keeps activating. The seller hesitated at first to fix the issue because we grinded mixed sugar and nuts though their description says it allows it too. We only needed it to be fine bits. Not trying to make puree at all. After a few days of communicating to the seller for feedback, they sent a new unit for replacement. That's excellent seller customer service to me. Thank you!

Es muy buena la calidad de los materiales y en general funciona bien, solo algunas especies, como la canela, no quedan bien molidas.

the first time I bought this grinder on Aug 2022, and it worked for only 10 months. In May 2023 they sent me a new one without charge, but the new grinder stopped working this October. Their after-sales service is good, but the quality of their products is really unreliable.
