Do not buy from this company. Rip off.
I have 20 years of experience with Epson kitchen printers, and they are a fantastic printer. However, this company is a scam. I ordered a printer, took it out of the box realized it had the wrong connection. Never even plugged it in. They charged me a 50% restock fee. All parts were there in the original box nothing at all wrong with it

No adapters
Insufficient adapters were included. These adapters had to be purchased and wete not readily available. This delayed the start up usage tremously.

It works!
The printer is in Good shape but not "as new". A little cleaning before shipping would have been nice. Practically all works and is OK - no issues so far.

Industry Standard
Our restaurant loves this brand of kitchen printer. They are sturdy and rarely need replacing. Easy to install. Just tell your workers not to yank on the ribbon holder. That's the only reason why I have keep replacing them. It's people error. There are different interfaces. Make sure you order the correct one for your uses.
