First bake in over 3 years
I haven't baked in a over 3 years and decided to make lemon, blueberry and almond mini cakes from Ottolenghi's Sweet book. (Practicing for the holiday season ahead). I buttered and floured the cake time before putting the cake batter in. After baking the mixture, the cakes just slid out. It was easy to wash the tin as well. I would recommend the cake tin, seeing as I'm an infrequent baker and didn't have any trouble baking cakes. Also the cakes tasted good. Didn't last a day :)

Tala is a brand I trust for baking, and these didn't let me down. Just make sure to oil the cups before putting in the mixture. Not to heavy either, which makes baking easier.
