how high is the frame?

the frame stands 7 inches off the floor.

can i use the bed frame with out the WHEELS ??

You could use it without the wheels, but ours did not have anything to put in place of the wheels. The wheels do lock to prevent rolling, if that helps.

Yes it will fit a full size. It is very easy to put together. We have a queen size bed and we are so glad that we purchased this frame. Hopefully this was helpful.

do you HAVE to use a headboard? Is it stable without one?

This is quite stable without a headboard.
