Broken container
Product itself is great, but container was cracked on arrival and no return or replacement offered when I gave feedback. Had to salvage what I could and save in a different container! Great product, shame about the packaging and aftercare though!

Kam gut verpackt und rechtzeitig an. Um diese Maske zu beschreiben fehlen mir glatt die Worte. Seit Jahrzehnte bin ich mit struppigem Haar geplagt die ich kaum in die Form kriege. Ausprobiert wurde alles geholfen hat nichts. Dann sah ich diese Haarmaske für einen sehr billigen Preis in diesen riesen Töpfen. Ohne jegliche Hoffnung auf Veränderung bestelle ich eine. Aber diesmal war alles anders, nach der zweiten Anwendung waren meine Haare wieder glatt und jeden Tag kämmbar. Jahrzehnte lang kam ich mit keinem Kamm mehr durch mein Haar morgens das ist nun vorbei. Hab sofort 3 weitere Töpfe dieser Haarmaske gekauft. Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung für jeden der trockenes struppiges Haar hat. Was Besseres hab ich bis heute nicht auf dem Markt gefunden.

Habe es heute zum ersten Mal angewendet und muss sagen, es riecht angenehm, lässt sich super im Haar verteilen und das Haar ist richtig schön weich. Zum Versand muss ich sagen, es war alles super, Produkt war richtig verpackt und ist ganz angekommen.
