However, these appeared easier and faster. Note: I tried subbing the milk alternative with either oat milk OR water + fat, as recommended by another commenter and it worked perfectly! I have many many many cookbooks gathered over the years and know how to bake and cook so this makes it easy test try and make delicious recipes. It has allowed me to try ingredients like almond flour or nutritional yeast to make the dishes tasty and not miss a thing. I feel so much better and I can’t wait to try more savory recipes. Great, kid friendly recipes
We've tried 4 recipes so far and every one has been a hit for my super picky family. We are dairy and gluten free (with one also avoiding nuts and soy) and finding new recipes became almost a full time job. I'm so happy I can across this book. All the recipes are clar and easy to follow - and have taken less than 30 minutes of "work" (yemv). I’ve made a lot of other recipes by this chef and follow her blog, so it wasn't a huge risk. Gluten Free Dairy Free options are GREAT!
Due to recent health issues, I chose to go gluten and dairy free and this cookbook gave me great options. I have many many many cookbooks gathered over the years and know how to bake and cook so this makes it easy test try and make delicious recipes. It has allowed me to try ingredients like almond flour or nutritional yeast to make the dishes tasty and not miss a thing. I feel so much better and I can’t wait to try more savory recipes. The Better than Banana Bread cookies are fantastic!!!

Best blueberry muffins and bread I have tasted in years!
I am both glutton intolerant and lactose intolerant. While I can work around lactose intolerance, as I have had that for nearly 20 years, I am still struggling with gluten intolerance. This book has made it so much easier. The recipes are fun with plenty of information on what is needed for the recipes. I have already made blueberry muffins and they were soooooo good. It will definitely travel with us. I have been struggling with bread recipes. I think I have finally got it. Page 184 has a Bread Machine Bread recipe. I have tried this several times only to have it go liquidy during cooking then overflow slightly then shrink to maybe 1 lb loaf in the cooking bowl. Today I baked a nice 3 pound loaf. You will need to make these changes: Use 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk not 1 1/2 cup not warmed 1/8 cup dairy free buttery spread melted not 1/4 cup 1/4 cup honey The rest of the recipe can be found in this book. The bread is nice looking and tastes good. All of that and it is gluten and dairy free. WOW!!! We just sliced the bread and it feels like velvet. My husband said it is beautiful bread.. This is our go to recipe for our bread machine bread..

Buy this cookbook, you’ll really enjoy it.
This is by far the best cookbook we have ever used. It’s been 2 years now and every recipe has turned out like a gourmet meal. It’s easy to follow and the author really knows what they are talking about, absolutely fabulous.

Must Have Cookbook!
My son (now 11) and I have been gluten free for over 6 years. This is by far the best cookbook I have! My husband and other son who can have gluten love the meals too. This book has such a great variety of recipes. Whatever you are craving, it's in there. I love the popovers... Just a few ingredients and we have delicious rolls for dinner. Sometimes the methods are a little strange but they really work, trust the process! I have bought this book several times as a gift for other people who are just finding out they can't have gluten, and they love it as well.

A compilation of normal recipes adapted GF|DF with normal ingredients
Have been looking for a recipe book like this for years. My daughter has celiac disease and son has EoE and cannot have dairy and other things. I have been cooking this way since 2012 - with a lot of unfortunate experiments, but have slowly learned over the years. My daughter graduated high school this year, and I have been working on compiling my recipes to give to her to navigate the kitchen in college and beyond - but couldn’t do it nearly as great as this book does. A simple pantry of GF flour, sugar, oil, DF butter, vanilla, salt and pepper, unsweetened DF milk, herbs and spices is what you need to start cooking. I’ll be giving it to my son when he graduates in 3 years. Simple recipes of food we actually eat, but could never find such a user-friendly cook book. I spent so much wasted time on hunting for recipes on blogs, adapting them to our needs, and half the time they weren’t even good. This gives my kids a foundation going out into the world. And I’ll be ordering one for our house too. Need to try the biscuits recipe - have never found a good recipe. Will update when I do. Thank you from a mom who feels more confident in their GF/DF child moving out into the world with a cooking guide.

Arnaque totale : ce sont des Fréchette à classiques dans lesquelles les ingrédients sont remplacés par leur version sans gluten ou sans lactose dans la liste d’ingrédients. Ex le beurre devient “beurre sans lactose”. Totalement inutile.
