Good but not true to size

Product Is good. But a 42XL is not a regular 42XL. The item is smaller than the regular size. Is there anyway that the seller can exchange this item for a bigger size. Requesting the seller if it could be exchanged for a larger size. I still have the original package. This item has not been used.
