Lowrance 000-10262-001 Skimmer Transducer Mount for DSI Units , Black

Works for my lowrance hook7 transducer. Easy installation. Looks as sturdy as the original.

Looks to be official parts and works like one. Install was a breeze and works like it should.

Backing up a fishing boat equipped with an elongated transducer is sometimes risky especially is shallow water with rocks and logs. But that becomes necessary when the fish are swimming there. This is not the first mount I have replaced but thank goodness it is an exact fit and better it is bent or broken than the expensive and difficult to replace transducer.

The item as exactly what I needed,But!! I did not need all the extra hardware. Lowrance should offer just the black plastic part by itself. All the hardware was just added expense that I did not need.

It loses one star for being a $5 part that costs $30 but aside from that this part actually does exactly what it's supposed to, break when you hit something. Lots of people on here are complaining about it but I assure you they'd be complaining a lot more if they hit something with it and it ended up pulling the entire bracket off the boat leaving a huge gaping hole. Believe me, it's much better to have the mount break than have a hole in your boat, especially if you're dealing with fiberglass boat.

Only needed the plastic mount & after an exhaustive search. The only way to buy this piece was to purchase this mount kit. This Amazon vendor did offer it at the best price shipped. You would think Lowrance would offer this component separately as it’s the singular component designed to break away in the event of an underwater impact. (e.g.submerged stumps, tree branches, etc.) All the other components within this kit were merely tossed my spare hardware bin.

I ordered this to replace the original skimmer mount, and it fit perfectly. Can't ask for more than that. Good value as well.

Don't look at the picture. This is exactly what I needed and had passed over it several times and looked online for a product number and kept coming back to this. It's a Stainless Steele Mount and plastic parts only.

Good, fit weary well

Worked perfect to replace my transducer mount. The picture on the review page and order history page is correct but not on the main page when you first view the item. I trusted other peoples reviews with regards to the wrong picture being used by the seller!
