I have 2 other brands, and I like this one the best.It’s a great size.It closes wellThe ice packs come out for freezing, so the case does not get frozen crooked or get nasty, damp, smelly, from being in and out of the freezer.I would buy this one again.

This is the second of these Built bags I've bought and I love them! My favorite thing about it is the side drink pocket. My teen uses it for high school, and is able to have a water bottle handy in the side pocket and drink from it easily throughout the day. It's suprisingly hard to find a side drink pocket on a lunch box or bag! The 3 freezable gel inserts make the bag kinda heavy, so I take those out and just use one freezer insert inside the bag. Wish these bags were easier to find!

I switched to this bag after my freezable bags all developed a freezer burn type smell. It's the best. It fits a ton, and it is really easy to carry with the shoulder strap. One of the gel packs burst pretty quickly, and the company declined to provide customer service since I bought it on Amazon, so I ordered some flat, thin, hard plastic packs and they're perfect. I pack my lunch around 2pm every day, with one ice pack in each of the 3 pockets and if anything's frozen, one in the pack, and the food is still cool at 11pm. I don't refrigerate the bag. The side pocket is handy to keep hand sanitizer. The inner lining is easy to rinse if anything spills. The only issue I had was that my first one developed trouble with the ice pack zipper after a few months. I realized I should have been putting the ice packs in and zipping them before filling the bag with food to reduce stress on the zipper. My 2nd one is doing great!

Great size lunch bag. Love the upright rectangular shape to stack containers. Also really like the icepack compartments as it keeps the entire bag cold, not just the botton. However, the top zipper to close the bag pulls apart and open if any weight to the bag. Bummer.

The BEST lunchbox for kids. This fits everything perfectly and stays cool throughout the entire 9 hour day. I reduced a star because the zipper gets caught and I’m not sure how much longer that will last before hit just breaks.

I bought this to replace a different bag that got mildewed in my car. It is excellent. Keeps things cold, is roomy, and has a shoulder strap, which is important to me.

I love this lunchbox it is easy to carry around and keeps things nice a cool. A bit heavy but that’s only because of the ice packs!

Loves this lightweight BUILT cooler bag. Includes 3 removable freezable gel packs on front, bottom and back with zipper closure pockets. Soft drip handle and adjustable removable shoulder strap. There a side pocket with Velcro for bottle. Highly recommended cooler bag for lunch bag.
