Nice size very accurate easy to use calculator
This is the nicest little calculator. It looks expensive. The numbers are clear and easy to read.. The buttons are just right. I love the fact that it’s silver not black. I lose things like crazy so I bought a couple, but I love this one the most. I’ve been searching for it for a few days. I will find it. It’s very accurate. Great deal for the price free shipping. Yikes it’s great.

Great valvue, long lasting
This calculator has been my go to for 30 years. It's works well, good battery life, and very durable. It has a vinyl cover to protect the key, the screen easy thread with out glass, and keys hold up in a dusty shop. I use have used them it in a factory setting as well a wood shop. A Good product at a good price with a proven track record. Win win

Reliable and Affordable Basic Calculator
The Casio SL-300SV is a solid, no-frills calculator that gets the job done. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to carry around, making it great for quick calculations at work or on the go. The dual power (solar with battery backup) ensures it works even in low-light conditions, which is a nice feature. The buttons are responsive, though they feel a bit small if you have larger hands. The display is clear, but the viewing angle isn’t the best—you may need to tilt it slightly for better visibility. It’s perfect for basic math, but if you need advanced functions, you’ll need a more specialized calculator. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, especially if you need a simple, reliable calculator for everyday use.

A Classic Casio!
What can I say more than it's truly a classic?! Seriously this calculator I've used the same model decades ago when my dad carried one with him and I needed some help with school work in elementary school (I'm getting close to 40 now). So when I seen this was the exact one I remembered, of course I had to get it. Casio makes great watches but they excelled at making great calculators. This is an easy to use, basic small portable calculator that can easily be pocketed or stored away. The buttons are plastic but feel right and has that classic look that never changed with the silver aesthetic. And it has a nice "CASIO" embossed vinyl cover which can be affixed to the calculator permanently allowing you to keep it secure while on your pocket and not be accidentally turning it on and running the battery down, but also to keep it looking great for years to come. It's dual powered so there is a solar panel so it'll work even on a dead battery as long as it around a light source. But the fact it does have a battery means even in low light conditions you can still use it no issues. The display is only 8 digits but for basic computing, it's all you really need. This design by Casio has truly tested the sands of time and to see to this day they are still selling the exact same model goes to show that if isn't broke, don't fix it. If your looking for a classic calculator that won't let ya down while also being extremely affordable, look no further than this recommendation of a calculator!

Simple, dependable calculator
It's hard to find basic calculators at a great price. Everyone wants to sell you advanced functionality that you'll probably never use. This has nice sized buttons and adding and subtracting as part of a continuous calculation is a snap. Love it.

Easy to read display with no distortion. Your own little time machine!
I'm assuming that if you're reading this, it's because you need a basic calculator for some exam you're about to take and they won't allow a calculator that can do anything more than a few basic things. Well, this calculator will work just fine for that. I took it in for an FAA test, and they were more than happy with this simple basic calculator. It also worked well with the ambient light in the testing center. A nice bonus is that this calculator comes with a vinyl hard backed cover. It attaches itself to the calculator with the included adhesive strip and voila, now you have what looks like a little book, except it's a calculator, fool! Also, this calculator will transport you back in time to 1989, which was the last time I owned something like this. I had no idea people were still manufacturing these things. A few things that I liked: * The display is easy to read and clear - At first I was wondering if I wanted the calculator that had 10 digit display. The downside of that is they make the numbers quite narrow to cram in 10 digits in a space that should ideally hold 8. I actually ordered both and returned the one that displayed 10. The numbers were too distorted and I was afraid that I was going to misread the screen and get an answer wrong. * The calculator has an OFF button. And also will go into auto off mode after about 8 minutes of being left alone. * It's nice to physically press a button vs the virtual buttons on my calculator app on my phone. I've started to use this calculator at home for other things instead of reaching for my phone. * The calculator is lightweight and thin. If you're a total nerd, you'll get excited that this will fit into your shirt pocket. A couple weird things: * The comma to separate out the thousands and the millions are in the upper part of the screen. It must be a Japanese thing or something. Instead of 12,345,678 the calculator will display 12'345'678. I'm not sure how much that will bug you, but it doesn't settle all that well with my inner OCD. * The cover also opens backwards, with the seam on the right side instead of the left. Again, just a weird quirk.

When I bought this in August of 2014, it was much cheaper. But honestly, I would still buy it again at this price because it is reliable and works perfectly. I've used this for many of my university exams and it has always worked fine! The program I'm in restricts us on the type of calculators we use, so no scientific, smaller than the size of your hand etc... so this calculator was perfect for me. I'm also paranoid that solar powered or battery powered calculators will die on me during an exam, so I love the dual power on this thing.

A cracking little calculator and absolutely perfect for me. The sleeve helps keep the keypad clean and protects it from accidental damage. I can chuck it into a drawer with all my other paraphernalia knowing it can't get scratched or squashed. Great value for money. I've had Casio calculators before and they've lasted for years. I love this one.
