This will be handy for replacing wires on scooters, dune buggy, etc. Nice kit with several colors at a good cost. I poke holes in the box to spool out the wire as needed, homemade caddie.

I ordered these for an overhall of the 50+ year old VW Beetle. The current wiring is all over the place a jumbled mix of wires into mutiple connections and many many different colors in just one strand of wire. These well help make my car mire reliable and less of a rats nest, fire hazard, or a OCDers worst anxiety inducing fit of rage, call it what you want.. this will allow me to fix it!!!!1 thing to note is, I was expecting one continuous 50 ft spool of wire and what came was 2 25ft strands of each color. So if you need mutiple colors for a project these are now my go to, and if you need lenths longer than 25 ft you might think about making sure you get the correct lengths orderedI hope this helps in making your decision easier...

This wire is really great. I am using this wire on various electronic projects. Easy to use. Very little memory. It uncurls easily and routs thru the project boxes well.

Anytime I have an electrical project (auto) I break these out. I just did a fusebox project and these wires came in handy. I installed a radio and some of the wires were short these help extend them. Perfect for the car diyer.

I used this wire to wire up a Lionel Train Layout - 3 main tracks, 1 siding, 2 turnouts and a total of 10 switches. Avoided soldering when I could by using crimp end connectors and suitcase connectors when possible. No problems stripping wire or using spade lugs and suitcase connectors.

It was all good. A must when auto wiring stereos. Etc.......

The stranded wire is not 18 gauge, it's very thin. Insulation is excessive thick for low voltage wire.
