My Very First Easter (Candle Bible for Toddlers)

My daughter loves this book! Had it memorized at 28 months.For a while, she couldn't go to bed without reading it multiple times.A great way to get your child to understand the Passion!

Wonderful Easter board book for a little one. I was very happy to put it in my son's first Easter basket.

The issues traction, especially the beard was confusing to my grandchild. Also, I too had to look twice before I realized it was facial hair. It was distracting but the story was good.

Simple and well illustrated. Takes the mysticism right down to the child's level. Well written and child friendly early reader.

Very strange way of telling the story of easter from a religious standpoint for children. I would not recommend.

This is the best Easter picture book that I have found for toddlers. The storyline is simple and accurate, and the pictures are bright and colourful. I highly recommend this to any parent who want to share the real meaning of Easter with their kids aged 2-4.

I gave this book to my 2-year old Great-nephew this Easter and he has loved looking at it and having it read to him by anyone who will read it! I like the fact that it gives the Easter story in reasonably accurate detail and at the same time the illustrations are so attractive and of course the stickers are a great idea for little fingers. All in all, i like the fact that this has given him a positive experience of books which I hope will go on to nurture a life-long love for books of all kinds.

Quite inappropriate wording 'kill him kill him die' in it that I ended up not giving this as a present. It's sat in a cupboard what a shame.
