It’s a one size fits all type of deal. But it has an adjuster on the inside if you need to tighten it some.

It looks combed. Not curly like sheep hair. Is it combed ?

Mine wasn’t curly, but wavy. Mostly. So I’m going to guess that they are indeed combed.
