Miso happy!
This 1kg packet of miso is total value for money. The product is excellent and the taste is delightful. It stays well in the fridge for a long time so there is no wastage at all. Those little bitty tubs, not for me, big is definitely better here especially if you want value for your money.

I love the umami tastes in Japanese cuisine. The miso soup made using this paste was not bad at all. Just the the flavour could have been a little more deeper and complex.

Flavor is good but....
I am japanese living in India, and I can assure you the Flavor is amazing, but it gives me a bad head pain after consuming. This product is made in China, I suspect there are some severe chemicals inside. Such a shame since the tase is reallt good.

Not fresh stock.
Mfg April - now end of Dec so it’s 8 months old. Best before 12 months from mfg so I only have 4 months to finish it. Little bit short. Request seller to make this clear in product description so buyers can see and decide if they can finish in short time.
