I read a few mixed reviews but we are very very happy with this one. I've tried 3-4 others (qubo, babysense etc) but this is the best one. In India I have seen the pricing of these vary a lot. I got mine for under 12K and now it's listed for 26K or so. If you find it under 15K go for it blindly.

The Bluetooth connection worked once only for a few minutes. After that, Despite repeated attempts, the connection was not established between the camera and the monitor even after placing them within few meters of each other! Very poor product quality!

It’s a wasteful product. Please pick it back

I have tried the camera before from a friend and it was great to use. So I decided to order one for myself. However after waiting for a long time to receive the monitor, I opened up the sealed box to find the monitor with scratches on the front and back. There was no sleeve on the camera and monitor so it was clearly used and repackaged. Unfortunately I am not able to return it because I will be needing a camera urgently before traveling.

Update: amazing customer service… sent me a brand new model and i am very impressed. It looks like they have made changes to make this new monitor better - including the stand being built into the screen rather having to swivel out. 10/10 recommend reaching out to customer service if you have issues. Great company. Original review Monitor screen broke and wouldnt turn on after 4 months. Warranty replaced it. 5 months after using the new one, the back part that props up the monitor broke along with the antenna which now has tape. Its also impossible to see anything when youre outside as the screen is super dark. Has great range and sound but MY GOSH for the price they really should make the monitor more durable. Im a year in now and this thing looks like its been through hell & we keep it away from our toddler so its not played with or dropped ever. Id recommend a different brand for the price..

I never realized that baby monitors were so out of date with current technology until i had my own child and started looking into these... All those motorola ones and the infant optics, its all crap and looks like the same model of technology we used in 2002. Just terrible. Then i ran across the Eufy and it was only a few months into the market when i found it about a year ago and it is the best monitor available, hands-down! Granted i never looked into the wifi enabled baby monitors but i didnt care to and chance some weirdo hacking my system or have to worry about finding a decent wifi connection at friends houses we traveled to, hotels, etc. I'm a big advocate of doing my due-diligence and reading reviews prior to purchasing stuff, and i must say that was the key selling point for me & getting the Eufy SpaceView over others. 97% of the reviews about customer service were exceptional and i experienced that first hand myself! After almost 1 year of having the monitor the disply screen battery wasnt holding a charge and always had to be plugged in; i emailed Eufy Customer Service and they responded back within 2 hrs asking for some more details like shipping information, serial # and receipt. I sent that over and within 48hrs they had already shipped me a brand new device & camera at no additional cost without question!! Now THAT is customer service and i genuinely appreciate that!! Customer Service is actually the reason i went from a 4.7 to 5 star rating. So i wanted to leave some truly honest breakdowns in this review I hope you will find useful: 1) The picture quality can obviously always be better, i mean we are used to looking at retina-display laptops and 4K 70+" TVs so relax people... Don't know about 720 resolution all the time as described, but night vision mode is great and this picture is much better than the other monitors so don't try to compare (because i already did with MANY friends and cousins and it didnt work out for them; they actually ended up buying the Eufy as either their primary or travel monitor because of it!) 2) I can personally vouch for the range on this bad boy; we go to my in-laws lake house all the time and I KNOW it travels more than 450ft in open air for sure!! Hell, it takes me 15 minutes to walk back up to the house from the dock just to get to his room so the range is not an issue IN OPEN AIR. However, i will get some dropouts in our bedroom and on our back porch at home but even bluetooth will drop on the other side of our plaster walls from this old house so its not surprising. It will drop for a 1/2 second and reconnect so its not an issue. 3) Range of motion in the camera is exactly as they describe, its great and doesnt make any loud noises or anything to wake your baby (not like they can hear anything past the obnoxious blaring white noise machine anyway) :) I have not tried the additional wide angle lens yet as i have not had the need to; maybe when he is a toddler but cant comment on that so far. 4) Battery life is great; pretty sure it doesnt go to 15hrs like advertised all the time, but i also have my screen brightness on the highest level majority of the time and the visual picture is always up. I prob should try to turn the visual screen off and use just the audio, but then i'd have to listen to that damn white noise again so i choose the latter. 5) Tried the alerts when we first got it and he was weeks old, but didnt really care for it as i found myself constantly checking it anyway and just watching him (i know, weird new dad overwhelming joy) so never found the need for that either., Nor the built in 5 lullaby's you can play through the camera. I did however try the 2-way voice control and it works, but that is limited to like 30ft or something. Once again, don't use that feature enough to comment on it and i may when he becomes a little older, but not as of right now. 6) Zoom feature is nice and works fine; nothing extravagant about that. That's pretty much all i have right now and sorry about my rant; too much coffee this AM! Anyway, for the price point, quality of products and customer service that comes with it, 100% this product cannot be beat as of today!! Enjoy and keep up the good work, Eufy Customer Support Team!!

After owning this model for about a year and having just dealt with a warranty issue, I thought I should post a review of my experiences. First off, in terms of usability and performance, I've always been absolutely satisfied with the unit...the connection is reasonably stable, and when it does disconnect from interference (such as if you're using a microwave), it will reconnect right away without issue. Great that you can charge the screen with any USB power bank, so you're never left worrying about battery life; and the motorized tilt and pan camera feature accessible remotely from the screen is an added bonus. Picture quality is good enough to see what's going on with your little one, and night vision comes in handy. I did have one problem that required a warranty replacement, which turned out to be quite a hassle at first due to several mix ups and mishaps. BUT, at the end, Eufy support came through and made me whole again with a fully functioning replacement monitor/camera set. I just wanted to add this for those of you considering this setup, because one of the reasons I bought this unit was due to the fact that Eufy is owned by Anker, and I've had nothing but great experiences with Anker, so I assumed that this would be the same for Eufy. This turned out to be true, as at the end of the day, they definitely still stand behind the products they sell, and won't leave you high and dry when problems arise. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit and support, and would definitely not hesitate to purchase one again. Last note, if you're not in a hurry, keep an eye out for sales on this unit as it seems to go on sale every now and then!

Horrible. Battery life is awful. Monitor turns itself completely off and needs to be reset all the time. Sometimes it will beep to say the battery is dead but stay on for another 2 hours. Other times it is removed from the charger, and dies immediately. My baby isn't even 1 yet. This thing was a huge waste of money.
