Received a broken product
It is a foaming face wash but it is not foaming. Coming out as a water and foam is also not forming. It is diluted. When received the product it is not sealed.

This is a face wash for oily skin. I am using this from over three years now and it has been very effective. Foamy gentle facewash with perfume. I bought it because of its ingredients. It is a plastic transparent bottle with a pump. I think it is lil pricey for 60ml of product.
