Adesso WKB-1600CB TruForm Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard & Optical Mouse Combo

I love the design of this keyboard but the mouse is trash. The right click stopped working around September 2021 and the mosue just completely stopped today. Even eith new batteries and the red light on.

I'm so pleased with this purchase! This keyboard is thin, light, and yet still totally ergonomic and easy on my wrists so I can type fast! I can hide it places to keep it away from my cats stepping on it (because it's NOT big and clunky like most wired keyboards). Even the keys seem to tap easier. If you look at the pics, the alaphbet part of the keyboard is no bigger than a normal 15.3 inch laptop, so it'll be easy for most people to handle. The mouse is very comfortable and has a forward and back button (always love that feature) and runs smoothly across a mouse pad. All in all this was a great purchase and well worth the $49.99 + tax I paid for it. Very pleased.

In general, this is a pretty good keyboard. The best I can find for an ergonomic low profile split keyboard so far. The reason for the 4 stars is the key layout. For some reason, they put number 6 and F5 key to the right side, where in most of split keyboards, they are on the left. This has pretty bad impact to my typing habit. I really like the feel of this low profile keys. comfortable and easy, and feels almost just right. I however wish they could add a flip-up spacer at the bottom of the keyboard to have a choice of lifting palm rest a bit higher. I have to cut two small quarter inch Styrofoam spacers to make it more comfortable. The spacers at the front are always useless for me, and for many people I know. Another comment

I bought this keyboard as I had left my ergonomic keyboard in Texas. I was not sure if it would be a good fit as I have limited space on my space and the previous keyboards were wired and kind of bulky. This one is compact, smaller than the wireless logitech keyboard I was using. I plugged it in and it works like a dream. I have tried the scroll button a couple of times as I really do not have a use for it right now. All and all a good keyboard. The only downside is the price...but it was worth the purchase

I purchased this keyboard in July 2019. I kept it at my remote office, where I only go once or twice a week. The second week I had it, the keyboard was not responding; the batteries were dead (I'd forgotten to take them out and despite not being used except maybe 8 hours total, the keyboard must have kept sapping the batteries). I replaced them, and the keyboard worked fine for the next few weeks. I had a health matter and was out of my office Oct-Jan. When I went back, the keyboard again was dead, but when I replaced the batteries, it did not work consistently. Then COVID hit, and I didn't get to my office again until June. The keyboard would not power back up, and hasn't worked again since. In all, it probably worked a total of 30 hours, using three sets of batteries. I really like the silent, comfortable keys and the weight/shape of the keyboard, so I'm disappointed that it was ultimately so shoddy. I have contacted the company to see if they will replace, but if not, I won't buy Adesso again as this is the second Adesso unit I've owned that has abruptly stopped working.

You get what you pay for. I've used this brand for a few years and they are cheap but the ones I had at my job would last a few years before giving out. I couldn't find the exact one I had at work, so I bought this one, as it was very similar. The mouse and keyboard worked great for the first month. The cover on the laser on the bottom of the mouse was either missing or is shaped weird and the mouse quit working properly after about the first month. (I move the mouse, but the cursor on screen didn't move.) By month three, it was too infuriating to use. The dongle fell apart about 2.5mo in when I was trying to find a docking station that worked well. It still works, but I just don't touch it. Thankfully, I found a docking station and haven't had to make any changes. The keyboard works ok. At about 4.5mo in, it quit. It said the brand new batteries were dead and wouldn't connect to the computer. I vacuumed it to see if that would make it work again and it seems to have fixed my issue. We'll see how it goes. It's probably worth it to spend a little more and buy a another brand.

We needed to find a keyboard / mouse combo that could be a good compromise between a standard keyboard layout and an ergonomic keyboard. This set works great for both of us. Was easy to setup, and the keys are quite.
