Yes, it’s unisex. When you wear it, it basically just looks like a regular headband. The guy modeling it styled it to look more like a bandana.

Is this a slip on or I must to tie on the back

Hello, This is one long band that must be twisted once (to make it tighter) and then wrapped around the head. The band comes with a pictorial that is easy to follow. I have ordered two and like them very much. My head is kind of small, so even when the band is wrapped, as pictured, I also take some of the excess cloth and tie it in a knot at the nape of my neck to make the band snug, like a head band.
