Great seeds, container and variety!
__________1YEAR UPDATE: Everything went great, and our San Marzano tomatoes were a huge hit with friends and family. No issues growing anything we tried. Eveything grew as expected and tasted great. We stuck to one or 2 varieties of every veg we wanted, but this year we are going for maximum diversity.__________These seeds are great and the germination rate is accurate. If anyone had difficulty (especially those who consider themselves to be seasoned gardeners) then I would attribute it to some sort of external issue beyond your control like overheating in the back of a truck or getting x-rayed or something. Maybe another seller hopped on the listing and sold garbage, I don't know. We have had NO issues getting seeds to germinate. Where we did have issues was weather not cooperating to transplant! We just purchased these in March and the bags stated (packed for 2020) on them. Most seeds you get a bunch, but for the bigger seeds sometimes it's only 25 or so. Not unexpected though. The packaging is on point...and really what you're paying for here. You get a pastic ammo can with a black foil press n seal bag, filled with 5 baggies that contain the smaller bags of seeds. That's a lot of packaging. Where the packaging falls short is those 5 bigger baggies get cut up by the smaller bags inside. Also, there is no information on the seed baggies that tells you anything about the seed. No germ time, no zone specific planting schedules, no spacing info...no directions AT ALL. Having said that, the information is easy to track down online by searching the name of heirloom. So there's the good and the bad. Being first season I can't tell you yet how the final result tastes, nor can I confirm that any of these plants come back or product viable seed...so I cannot confirm the non-gmo nature or health of the lineage. If I don't report back next year at the same time you can assume they are great.

I'm happy worth my purchase
All the seeds I've planted have come up except for the salsify. I did not have any luck with that one. I think this box is great. I love rooting through the seeds and trying different things i never tried before. I bought a seed saving book so this year I plan to try and learn how to save some seeds.

Great Gift
Ordered this for my husband for Christmas and he loved it! We are working towards making our land sustain our family. Great mix of staple seeds (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) that we already plant and some more exotic seeds that will encourage us to try new things.

I want it back but oh well
I got this product for the same reason everyone else did....maybe; On a survival stand point I can say that this will give you a peace of mind knowing that the product is exactly what it says concerning non-GMO. "how can you tell?" taste buds are attached to the mental and physical senses of course but think back to when you were a kid when food actually tasted like food and not some waxy, chalky, chemical X compound. The nutritional value that this product produces and the abundant amount of produce I secured from the seeds were no less that satisfying. I gave it to my Dad during an argument to save my ass but that wasn't what it was for now it is being used way too early before an upcoming crisis and I want it back. 10/10
