I bought this straightener as mine had been slowly but surely declining and the crack in the plate was the last straw. This straightener immediately caught my eye because of the beautiful color and the fact that it was dual voltage. I travel a lot for work and vacation and have been using a small dual voltage one that only works so so, so I was very excited to buy a high quality straightener I could use at home and abroad with incredible results! The temperature is very easy to control with the digital display and I prefer it to the dial on my previous one. The plates glide over my hair smoothly and leave it looking straight after only one or two passes and it stays silky and smooth for the whole day. I had read some people complaining about the placement of the power button and the temperature controls (that they kept turning it off or changing the temperature as they were straightening their hair) but I have no issue with this. The buttons are placed in the perfect spot so unless you're wrapping your whole hand all the way around the straightener you won't have an issue. All in all it is a great product and I couldn't be happier! I can't wait to use this for many years to come and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing product with a unique color!

Bigrace's Hair Straightner does not disappoint! I bought it for my travels due to it's 100-240V AC 50/60Hz design and it has been so far better than I thought. 1) It's locking function I love to be able to keep it neat. 2) It heats up incredible quickly. 3) It runs smoothly on my hair to straighten or to curl (having a nice rounded edge). 4) The color of the plate is gorgeous rose gold, I feel happy just looking at it. 5) The power cord comes with a cord tie (the Velcro type). 6) Love the digital setting for temperature and how easy it is to power on and off. 7) Has a 1 year Warranty in case anything is not functional. 8) Plate is 1 in wide, a 5.5 in long which is perfect for my hair which is long and thick. 9) Also plate is nice to double as a portable clothes iron in your travels as long as you know that hack. Don't use it unless you know it or have seen a few videos on it! 10) Great customer service- comes with heat resistant glove and clips.***Will hopefully do an update later after my travel to Europe and Asia later this year about it's functionality in different current countries and with an adapter (which it fits into like a charm)!

I ordered this to take to Europe w/ me. Have tried it here first and it's actually not so bad...I have very coarse hair that has a Keratin treatment every 4-6 months. I found the plates actually thinner than my GHD and curls just as well. It may not hold up for as long but for the price it does ok. I don't know how to change it from one voltage to the other and the instructions are NOT very informative. So, I'll have to contact the manufacturer. Jury still out on how it does with the converter i bought.

I’ve only had this straightener for a few days, but so far I am very happy with it. My hair is a very fine spider-silk (incredibly frustrating) type so it’s hard to manage. After I dry it with a hair dryer it often looks like I stood too close to an explosion—this straightener is great because it can tame the mess that I am—at least on the outside. It is lightweight which as great for my arthritic hands and wrists, and the heat settings are very nice. I have yet to accidentally scorch myself or my freakishly fine hair. The overall look is gorgeous as well. I’m not going to lie, every time I open my bathroom drawer to take it out I kind of have an “Ooooh, pretty...” moment as it catches the light and changes color. It’s got more style and function than I do. I would highly recommend this if you’ve got incredibly annoying baby fine hair like mine, it works—I have no idea how it works for more normal adult hair but I’m just going to assume it’s pretty awesome even on its higher settings. So yes. Enough with my ramblings—please consider this product fondly. In my few days of owning it I have been quite pleased.

I purchased this flat iron in July of 2019...I have used it a minimum of 4 times a week, sometimes more than that.And here we are, November 2023 and it STILL works just as good as the day I got it!!This thing is beyond impressive!!I've had high dollar brand flat irons that barely lasted a year...I've NEVER had a flat iron last THIS long!I call it, Ol' Reliable!!! :-D

Pros:-quick heating-cord comes with a cord wrap for easy organization-digital screen with pre-set temperatures-light to indicate what level heat-glove and clips as a bonusCons:-the digital display does not display when it's ready. Either with a light that turns on/off or with the temperature changing as it heats up.First, let me say, I spent DAYS researching straighteners, on a very limited budget. I have very fine, but thick hair and my hair really struggles to hold body, without a bottle of hairspray, but on special occasions, I want to enjoy beachy waves. This product far exceeded my expectations. It was hot enough to begin curling my hair within two minutes, it doesn't get too hot on the outside, but with the glove, I was able to hold onto the end to aid in the curling process, and I really love that it's blue. I'm not a super girly-girl so having something that wasn't black, gold, or pink was awesome.

Edited: If I could give a rating for customer service, I would definitely give a 5 Star rating. This company has been in contact with me through this whole process, which says a lot about a company. Although the flat iron did not suit my need, I would buy from this company again. Great customer service!Read the reviews, and most were positive, so I ordered. The arms didn’t close correctly, so the hot plates did not even touch. Send back for a refund.
