Good quarantine food
My friend has spent time in Japan and she introduced all our other friends including me, a salad called Somen”. The salad had lettuce and noodles and ham and soy sauce and sesame seeds with carrots and possibly green onion. She suggested I get my noodles on Amazon so that’s what I did. Thankful for a new and healthier recipe!

Great staple item
I love having these at home for their durability, however the quick cooking time can cause them to over cook quickly depending on the type of cookware I'm using. They don't seem to hold dip's well or hold up much flavor in a broth, but with a little creativity they're highly versatile.

Good price for 3pounds of noodles But VERY STRARCHY
You'll have to be VERY careful with these, they cook fast but you'll want to make sure you rinse them off real good, Very Starchy so multiple rinses will help remove the excess starch. Otherwise a good buy for the value.
