Great product that I found really works!
Lions Mane has been documented to help with focus and concentration and it’s definitely helped me with mine. I order mine every month before I start running out because I don’t want to lose the concentration that I have gained from using them. There’s no upset stomach or side effects from them and I’ve used them on an empty stomach before. There’s no taste at all either. It’s just a very simple nutrient that you’re going to love in your vitamin regiment to help you as age nicely!!

Amazing product
I really like this product. I noticed a difference in remembering things and not getting caught up on words as I speak. I have brain fog and sometimes words slip my mind and I just can't for the life of me remember in that moment.

Good Addition to a Nootropic Stack—Noticeable Memory Boost, But Taper Carefully
I used these Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom Capsules as part of my nootropic stack to help with memory retention and focus. There’s some promising evidence (and a lot of user reports) suggesting that lion’s mane, especially when combined with other nootropics like creatine, green tea, and teacrine can support cognitive performance. In my experience, my memory recall seemed noticeably sharper, and I could pull up information more quickly while I was taking it. One thing I’ll note: if you stop taking it suddenly, be prepared for some brain fog or a drop in mental clarity. This happened to me, and it’s something other users have reported as well. I definitely felt a slowdown in memory recall after discontinuing, so I’d recommend tapering off instead of going cold turkey. It’s also really important not to exceed the recommended dosage. There have been anecdotal reports (not official medical studies, just user stories) of nerve issues developing in people who took high doses long term. I stuck to the recommended amount and didn’t notice any side effects beyond the brain fog after stopping. Lion’s mane is sometimes mentioned for its potential effect on nerve growth factor, but there’s still a lot of debate in the research about how effective it really is. Some sources say it’s a game-changer, others say the evidence isn’t conclusive yet. I experiment a lot with supplements and generally know how my body reacts (for example, ashwagandha and kava both work well for me for relaxation). Lion’s mane felt like a good, gentle addition for focus and memory, but as with any supplement, pay close attention to how you feel, stick to safe dosing, and talk to a professional if you have concerns. Overall, if you’re looking to round out a nootropic stack, I’d say this is a solid supplement to try for cognitive support, just be mindful of side effects and don’t push the dosage.

Great for concentration
I bought a bottle and felt no difference. Or at least that’s what I thought. I didn’t buy it anymore, but after a couple o weeks I noticed I wasn’t as concentrated at work as I had been. So I bought them again and now I did noticed a change in my concentration. I take a couple of capsules every morning every day. No side effects, little earthy flavor but not bad. I take it along with other supplements, so I make sure I have at least a light meal or snack in my stomach to avoid any potential discomfort.

Caused indigestion.
Always look up side affects of Lions mane before jumping to buy. My first dose gave me terrible indigestion-- pain, plus lose bowels all day. It's supposed to be very good for your gut, but just can't go there again. I'm giving it to a friend who wants it.
